General Registration Agreement
You agree, through your use of this forum, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of any International or United States Federal law. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright or you have written consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also forbidden on this forum.

Note that it is impossible for the staff or the owners of this forum to confirm the validity of posts. Please remember that we do not actively monitor the posted messages, and as such, are not responsible for the content contained within. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information presented. The posted messages express the views of the author, and not necessarily the views of this forum, its staff, its subsidiaries, or this forum's owner. Anyone who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to notify an administrator or moderator of this forum immediately. The staff and the owner of this forum reserve the right to remove objectionable content, within a reasonable time frame, if they determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, please realize that they may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately. This policy applies to member profile information as well.

You remain solely responsible for the content of your posted messages. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owners of this forum, any related websites to this forum, its staff, and its subsidiaries. The owners of this forum also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or any other related information collected on this service) in the event of a formal complaint or legal action arising from any situation caused by your use of this forum.

You have the ability, as you register, to choose your username. We advise that you not use an email address or website as your username. With this user account you are about to register, you agree to never give your password out to another person except an administrator, for your protection and for validity reasons. You also agree to NEVER use another person's account for any reason.  We also HIGHLY recommend you use a complex and unique password for your account, to prevent account theft.

After you register and login to this forum, you will be able to fill out a detailed profile. It is your responsibility to present clean and accurate information. Any information the forum owner or staff determines to be inaccurate or vulgar in nature will be removed, with or without prior notice. Appropriate sanctions may be applicable.

Please note that with each post, your IP address is recorded, in the event that you need to be banned from this forum or your ISP contacted. This will only happen in the event of a major violation of this agreement.

Also note that the software places a cookie, a text file containing bits of information (such as your username and password), in your browser's cache. This is ONLY used to keep you logged in/out. The software does not collect or send any other form of information to your computer.

Privacy Agreement
This site does not share or sell the information provided by registered members. This includes email addresses, usernames, passwords, IP addresses, and other general information inputted by a given registered member. However, the visibility of a member's email address is visible by any other guest or member if they chose to have it public. The option to make the member's email address public is available during the registration process, and can be toggled under a member's profile. To access your profile, you must be logged into the site. Click on PROFILE on the top bar, and then Account Related Settings.

Keep in mind that your username is public, and that your profile can be seen by guests and members alike. The information that provided includes your username, number of posts, respect level (i.e. the collective upvotes and downvotes received), date registered, date of last activity, any instant messaging/email usernames provided, gender and age if provided,  online/offline status, and recent posts. Given the information available to all viewers of the site, we ask that members choose the information provided carefully.

Anarchy Nation reserves the right to inform registered members of changes to the website via email. Members who choose not to receive emails from the Administration will not be notified unless otherwise important to their account. Each email sent will be sent from the site staff, and no other entity. If you receive a non-solicited email claiming to be from our site staff, please private message the administrator, Anarchology. Each email sent will include a message at the bottom to cancel/delete the corresponding user account via a quick email response of "Cancel". Responding to the email with the word "Cancel" will prompt an Administrator to delete the corresponding account in it's entirety. If done, you will no longer receive emails from the staff of this site, nor will the corresponding username under that email address exist.

Hosting of Content
This site does not allow the hosting of content on our servers. All content is either directly linked, or hotlinked (i.e. an image/video/file posted on the site that is hosted on another website). All links and images posted on the site are hosted on corresponding websites. The only exception is that members are allowed to upload their avatars to the site. As this site is user-oriented, the links and hotlinks posted on the site are subject to removal if a report is filed by clicking on the "Report to Moderator" link at the bottom-right of every post. Moderators and Administrators will evaluate the reports in due time after the report is received.

The removal of posts containing illegal or copyrighted content provided by registered members is subject to the scrutiny of the staff if and when notified of the post/thread. Depending on the severity of the deviation from the rules, members posting links to content could have their posts removed, warning issued via PM, and/or banishment from the site.

DMCA Removal Requests
As stated above, this site does not host any content on our servers. Links may be posted on this site, but the content (i.e. images, videos, files, etc.) are not hosted on our server. Registered members are welcome to link to content. However, there are circumstances where members link to content copyrighted by another entity. In this case we ask that all DMCA claims be directed to us in the following ways:

NOTE: Please use the following options rather than contacting our host provider!

* If you are a registered member, use the "Report to Moderator" link at the bottom of the infringing post/thread. Be sure to include a comment regarding why and how the post infringes on your copyrighted works.

* If you are a registered member, you can also private message the Admin, Anarchology. State your claim, and it will be honored.

* If you are not a member that has become aware of a post on this site that infringes on your copyrighted content, you can email the Admin at AnarchologyDOTorg(at) (Please notice that the @ part of the email address is omitted due to spam bots)

Again, no content (i.e. pictures, videos or files) are hosted on our servers, only hotlinks provided by external file hosting sites. If you own the rights to content that was linked onto on this site, you should pursue the corresponding hosting sites rather than this site. We will certainly remove the links to infringing content, but the content will continue to be hosted on those corresponding sites. Follow the links posted to find where your content is hosted. Our site can only remove the links to the content, but not the content. If you want all of your content removed from sources other than your own, you need to target the hosts.

DMCA Legal Information
The SITE implements the following “notification and takedown” procedure upon receipt of any notification of claimed copyright infringement. The SITE reserves the right at any time to disable access to, or remove any material or activity accessible on or from any SITE or any Materials claimed to be infringing or based on facts or circumstances from which infringing activity is apparent. It is the firm policy of the SITE to terminate the account of repeat copyright infringers, when appropriate, and the SITE will act expeditiously to remove access to all material that infringes on another’s copyright, according to the procedure set forth in 17 U.S.C. §512 of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). The SITE’s DMCA Notice Procedures are set forth in the preceding paragraph. If the notice does not comply with §512 of the DMCA, but does comply with three requirements for identifying sites that are infringing according to §512 of the DMCA, the SITE shall attempt to contact or take other reasonable steps to contact the complaining party to help that party comply with the notice requirements. When the Designated Agent receives a valid notice, the SITE will expeditiously remove and/or disable access to the infringing material and shall notify the affected user. Then, the affected user may submit a counter-notification to the Designated Agent containing a statement made under penalty of perjury that the user has a good faith belief that the material was removed because of misidentification of the material. After the Designated Agent receives the counter-notification, it will replace the material at issue within 10-14 days after receipt of the counter-notification unless the Designated Agent receives notice that a court action has been filed by the complaining party seeking an injunction against the infringing activity. The SITE reserves the right to modify, alter or add to this policy, and all users should regularly check back to these Terms and Conditions to stay current on any such changes.

Non-DMCA Related Content Removal
In the case of some sections on this site, there are circumstances where individuals want certain content (i.e. pictures or videos) to be removed from the site for personal reasons. In the case that the content posted does not infringe on current U.S. copyright laws, this site understands the concern. For this reason, this site will act on courteous inquiries as to the removal of posts. However, we ask that all inquiries to remove said posts or topics be submitted to us in a civil manor. Threatening, or otherwise abusive language, within a request will likely be unanswered. A request for removal of said posts or topics can be achieved by the following methods:

NOTE: We will not release any information obtained from the user(s) that originally posted said content.

Contributions and VIP Membership
We rely on contributions in order to keep this website up and running by paying for server fees and bandwidth usage. By contributing a small amount, members can gain access to hidden sections as well as unlock other perks. Given minute changes over time to the Contribution Agreement, please use the following links below that will redirect you to the pages related to contribution and becoming a VIP Member.

Link Exchange and Combating SPAM
Anarchy Nation has added the means for members to submit links to their websites via our Link Exchange. Any registered member can submit links to the Link Exchange registry. All links submitted are subject to approval by an Admin regardless of member status. When a member submits a link to the Link Exchange registry, they must choose the proper category for the link, proper title, and description. A notification, via PM only, may or may not be sent depending on the information submitted. Currently, all regular members (non-VIP Members) must supply a reciprocal link and/or banner as per the rules dictated HERE. VIP Members can submit links to the Link Exchange without a reciprocal link back to Anarchy Nation.

Links in Signatures
Links in signatures are currently not visible by guests. This is to combat spamming. Only members can view the signatures of other members. A threshold of individual posts has been established in order for a link in member's signatures in order to combat spam. A member must reach the set amount of posts before any member can view links in their signature. Any means by a member to circumvent this process will be met with banishment from the site.

Links in Posts
Links pointing straight to websites that are posted in the body of a post or thread are not allowed. For example, if a member prefaces each of their posts with a link to a site, they could be banned. In order to fall within the guidelines of this site, a member cannot post their website link(s) within the post body unless they specifically direct other members and guests to a certain part of the site.

As related to the information above, SPAM of links within the posts is easy to spot. Whether posted by a spambot or an actual person, these links will be censored from the view of all site viewers. It only takes two minutes for the staff of Anarchy Nation to change the site to Any site flagged as spam will be censored from all posts and threads on the site, and point to the site of choice via the staff.

Banned from Anarchy Nation
Banning is the act of stopping members that infringe on the rules from logging in, posting, and/or viewing this site. The banishment of a member from Anarchy Nation can be done without notice or warning regardless of user status. Banning is subject to the severity of breaking any of the rules above. Particular bans are explained below:

  • Temporary Ban - This ban is subject to the time span associated with it. Members who are temporary banned from this site will still be able to view the site, but not log in or post. In the case of this type of ban, the given member has already been warned regarding their infraction. The member will be allowed back to regular posting on the site after a given number of days or weeks.
  • Permanent Ban - An act committed by a member that warrants complete removal from the site. A permanent ban for a member will stop that member from logging into the site, posting on the site, and possibly viewing the site in its entirety. If you are permanently banned from Anarchy Nation, you will no longer be able to view the site. If you chose to spam links, they will be censored, thus stopping any future guests or members from following those links.

Services that may be Banned
If a guest or member uses services like a proxy, Tor client or VPN, there is a chance that they were used for spamming purposes. Though these outlets are anonymous to the user, they are publicly used by many spambot sources. Because of this, many of these sources are already banned from Anarchy Nation.

Updated: 09/11/2012
Content such as images and videos posted by members are NOT hosted on Anarchy Nation servers. They are hotlinks where the images are hosted elsewhere, and the links point to these these third party sites. None of these sites are affiliated with Anarchy Nation. Do not submit DMCA requests to the owners of this site. Instead follow the links, and request the files themselves be removed from the file hosting site's servers. Learn more about our DMCA Policy by clicking here.

Anarchy Nation takes no responsibility for what any user encounters when following a link outside this website. This includes (but not limited to) advertisements, pop-ups, embedded adware/malware, suggestion of paid subsriptions, etc. We highly encourage users to have proper firewall, anti-virus and malicious script-blocking software installed on their platforms. It is better to be safe than sorry!
