Title: Best Video Converter
Post by: gonewiththeblastwave on August 26, 2010, 05:03:23 PM
I have been looking around for some video converters. I used to use the Firefox video converter (http://www.downloadhelper.net/manual.php (http://www.downloadhelper.net/manual.php)), but discovered that it improperly converts .mkv files. For that purpose, I discovered that MKV Video converter works the best. (http://www.convertmkv.net (http://www.convertmkv.net))

What video converters do you recommend? If your looking for one, I suggest trying these.

I've always been a fan of HandBreak. I don't know how it compares, but it's always worked for me.

Handbrake has always been well-regarded.  Do you have to converty them, there are also ways to play them even on Windows media player.

Try Freemake Video Converter (http://www.freemake.com/free_video_converter/ (http://www.freemake.com/free_video_converter/))

I think it's the best and the easiest to use.

I normally convert videos by just going to one of those sites where you upload it, and then they convert it and you download the new file.

I am used to using Handbrake (https://handbrake.fr/) to convert my video before. But it always crashed during the conversion. Now the best video converter I have been used is called Video Converter Ultimate (http://www.videos-converter.net/video-converter-ultimate/) which supports various video formats so that I can convert all my videos to the format I like. I was also impressed by its conversion speed and output quality. It is really a good video converter.
