I have been looking around for some video converters. I used to use the Firefox video converter (http://www.downloadhelper.net/manual.php), but discovered that it improperly converts .mkv files. For that purpose, I discovered that MKV Video converter works the best. (http://www.convertmkv.net)

What video converters do you recommend? If your looking for one, I suggest trying these. Grin

I've always been a fan of HandBreak. I don't know how it compares, but it's always worked for me.

Handbrake has always been well-regarded.  Do you have to converty them, there are also ways to play them even on Windows media player.

Try Freemake Video Converter (http://www.freemake.com/free_video_converter/)

I think it's the best and the easiest to use.

I normally convert videos by just going to one of those sites where you upload it, and then they convert it and you download the new file.
