Olympian runner Oscar Pistorius is charged with murder in his girlfriend's death Thursday in South Africa.

Neighbors hear fighting before the shots. They were alone in a big ass house that takes 4 keys and 2 combinations to get into. And he has a history with anger management problems.
He initially says he didn't have his legs on(those blade looking feet things) and felt vulnerable, he was afraid of a burglar in the bathroom so he shot through the bathroom door. Then smashed the door down with a cricket bat, and that's why that has blood on it.      B   S.

Here is exactly how messed up South Africa is.  The police investigating the murder in the case, also just committed a murder elsewhere. wtf.

"In a two-hour oral ruling delivered Feb. 22, Desmond Nair, the chief magistrate, found fault with the sloppy police investigation of the killing (the lead detective has been removed from the case after it emerged that he himself is facing attempted murder charges for indiscriminately firing his gun at a minibus during a car chase)."

while we are on the subject...Another example of "GOOD" police work in SA

Police arrest taxi driver and cuff him to back of van in front of a lot of people, Then drag him to the station, guy dies.

"Each day an average of nearly 50 people are murdered.(in SA)
In addition to these 18,000 murders each year, there are another 18,000 attempted murders."

He was very lucky light sentence. It was just a joke. His story is simply unbelievable. It didn't occur to him to feel the bed or shout out who was in the bathroom.
